At ASA Fabrication & Performance, we take pride in producing high-quality fabrication and performance products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused products in their original condition and packaging.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused and uninstalled

• Item must be in original packaging

• Proof of purchase is required

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Custom fabricated parts

• Special-order items

• Installed or used products

• Clearance items

Return Process

Please include:

• Order number

• Product name

• Reason for return

Once approved, return instructions will be provided.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or version of a product, please contact us to arrange an exchange.
